Do I need an account?

No. You can create and preview a report without a username or password. Keep the private report link if you want to return before its retention window ends.

What happens to my photos?

Uploads stay private. Unpaid drafts are deleted after 48 hours; purchased reports remain available for 30 days. Cleanup runs hourly.

Can I use an iPhone?

Yes. The builder is designed for mobile Safari, supports selecting multiple photos, and includes move controls so ordering does not depend on desktop drag-and-drop.

What if I need a refund?

If a technical problem prevents the purchased report from generating successfully, contact support so the issue can be reviewed. Exceptional refunds are handled through Stripe.
