Privacy policy

Photos and reports

Reports, uploaded photos, logos, and generated PDFs are stored in a private local data store on the operator-managed server. They are not published in a public directory and are not used to train AI systems. Report links contain long, random private tokens; anyone with a link can access that report, so keep it private. Cloudflare Tunnel carries requests between the website and that server.

Retention

Unpaid reports are scheduled for deletion after 48 hours. Purchased reports and their files are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. An hourly cleanup removes report records, source images, thumbnails, logos, and generated PDFs after expiration when the server and application are running. If the service is offline, cleanup may be delayed until it is running again.

Payments

When checkout is enabled, Stripe Checkout processes the payment. Field Photo Report does not collect or store full card numbers. Stripe may process payment and billing information under its own privacy terms.

Analytics and infrastructure

The application does not load separate product-analytics or advertising services. Cloudflare provides DNS, proxy, and tunnel services for the site and may process connection and request data needed to deliver and protect it. Operational diagnostics are enabled. Stripe processes data on its checkout pages under its own privacy terms.
