Terms of service
These starter terms describe the narrow report-generation service and should be reviewed for the launch jurisdiction.
The service
Field Photo Report provides a web utility for organizing customer-supplied photos and generating PDF reports. You are responsible for having the right to upload the content you use and for reviewing the report before sharing it.
Availability and limits
The current preview is operated on a server managed by the service operator and reached through Cloudflare Tunnel. It may be unavailable during server downtime, maintenance, or network interruptions, and it does not promise backups or continuous availability. The service may be changed, paused, or limited to protect reliability and security. Temporary uploads and private links are subject to the retention windows shown in the application.
Payments
Creating and previewing a report is free. If checkout is enabled, the price shown in Stripe Checkout is charged for a professional PDF export. Any applicable tax will be shown in checkout before payment.
Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, unlawful content, executable files, or content that you do not have permission to process. Do not attempt to enumerate report links or bypass payment controls.
Disclaimer
The PDF is a documentation tool, not legal, engineering, insurance, or safety advice. Review all report content before relying on or delivering it.
